There is a minimum stay duration of 4 nights with the exception of 14 July to 7 September when this is 7 nights.

An e-mail request will hold your booking for up to one week. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your stay. Please note that if your departure date is less than eight weeks prior to your stay, the full amount is due with your booking.

An additional £175 / €200 refundable deposit against any damages is payable with the balance amount. This will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, if no damage occurs. All prices are inclusive of utilities and air conditioning and based on a full cleaning service and linen change at handover, and once weekly linen change and clean. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged and a small welcome groceries pack can be provided. The apartment is available from 3:30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the departure day. Smoking is only permitted outside on the patio area and pets are not allowed.
